Confused Newbie ๐
Hiya ๐๐พ bear with me as I think my questions might be a little strange. My name is Sabrina & Iโm very new to running, consistently that is. Iโve been doing so for the last 6-7 weeks at least 4 or 5 runs per week with mileage around 3,5,6 each run. But I feel like Iโm struggling to find my pace and cadence on these runs and often feel like Iโm working extremely hard when everyone around me seems so relaxed lol. How do I find my ideal pace? How do you know that if your run form or stride is good? How should I be breathing while running? (I often feel out of breath being asthmatic)
p.s. Iโve been mostly doing community runs as I donโt like running alone but so it when I have to. But these runs are for the most part โeasy runsโ and Iโd like to get faster, more comfortable and build my endurance.
