Confused Newbie ๐Ÿ˜…

Hiya ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿพ bear with me as I think my questions might be a little strange. My name is Sabrina & Iโ€™m very new to running, consistently that is. Iโ€™ve been doing so for the last 6-7 weeks at least 4 or 5 runs per week with mileage around 3,5,6 each run. But I feel like Iโ€™m struggling to find my pace and cadence on these runs and often feel like Iโ€™m working extremely hard when everyone around me seems so relaxed lol. How do I find my ideal pace? How do you know that if your run form or stride is good? How should I be breathing while running? (I often feel out of breath being asthmatic)

p.s. Iโ€™ve been mostly doing community runs as I donโ€™t like running alone but so it when I have to. But these runs are for the most part โ€œeasy runsโ€ and Iโ€™d like to get faster, more comfortable and build my endurance.
