DOMS AFTER ULTRA

I ran my first ultra on Sunday, it was only 50km, but 8000 feet of tough climbing. The downhills killed my quads. The DOMS are pretty bad… haven’t been this sore since my first marathon, and thought I’d be ok by now… I have a heavy day of dancing tomorrow ( I’m a professional dancer), any tips on getting these muscles feeling fresher that I might not have heard of? 🙃
