Losing appetite

So i started distance running around late April beginning of may. I was already in the gym doing cardio daily, but i am currently running anywhere between 35-45 miles a week. Problem is i’m starting to notice that lately my cravings and appetite all together is decreasing. Some lunches i even just dont really crave food and as a runner we all know we need the carbs. Is this normal and are there any tips or advice to keep in mind to counteract this? Thank you to anyone spreading the knowledge lol šŸ™šŸ¾
