Stretching protocols
Hey Coaches -
I have a good pre-run stretching protocol but I have no clue what stretching to do after a run. I did some Googling but would love some expert advice here. Also, a check on my pre-run stretching protocol would also be appreciated!
Here’s what I do before my runs:
Dynamic Hamstring Stretch (5 reps per leg)
Dynamic Quad Stretch (5 reps per leg)
Hip Cradles (5 reps per leg)
High knees (10 reps per leg)
Front and side leg swings
