Twisted Ankle Recovery

I twisted my ankle four weeks ago while running and ever since, every morning, there’s a decent amount of pain until I walk and get moving and then the pain decreases as the day goes on. Whenever I run, I don’t feel the pain but every morning, the first 10-15 mins are rough. I’ve iced, and taken pain meds in the first two weeks since the injury but I am not back at being 100% pain free. Any suggestions?
