Tempo Tuesday!

Hello!! My name is Chiara (Instagram handle nuttyfitbondi) and I’m training for the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon this fall (goal time is 3:05-3:10) and am looking for other runners to do workouts together Tuesday morning :)

This Tuesday morning I’ll be doing the following workout on the Southside riverside trail in Pittsburgh (starting at the parking lot by 18th street) if anyone wants to start their Tuesday with a spicy run!!

2 mile WU, 6 miles @ 7:05-7:10, 3 min jog, 2 × 1 mile @ 6:45 w/ 2 min jog, 2 mile CD
