Where to Pick Up in Training After Injury

I had some hip pain that required me to take a break from marathon training for about 4 weeks. I am doing the L1 marathon plan and was three weeks in when I got injured. I took 4 weeks almost entirely off from running (while cross training still) and started back up after pain got better and I received a normal xray. I started back up about 2 weeks ago and did a 9 mile long run this weekend. I am now 12 weeks away from the Marine Corp Marathon. I don’t really know where to pick back up in my plan because I don’t want to push too hard too quick but I’ve lost a decent amount of training time. Any suggestions on where to start back up?
