Endorphins 365 Workouts

Holaaaaa amigos!

I’ve been doing the Endorphins 365 workouts and would love to share an open invite for anyone to join me on these! This week we will be doing the following workouts:

  • TEMPO WORKOUT

    • Date: Wednesday, August 7th

    • Time: 6 am

    • Location: Key Biscayne | Hobie Beach

    • Workout: 3×2 Mile Tempo Run (2 miles at Marathon Pace, 2 minute rest, 2 miles slightly faster, 2 minutes rest, 2 miles slightly faster, 2 minutes rest)

  • TRACK WORKOUT

    • Date: Friday, August 9th

    • Time: 5:30 am

    • Location: Moore Park Track

    • Workout: 2×800, 2×600, 2×400 @ 10k Race Pace
