Endorphins 365 Workouts
Holaaaaa amigos!
I’ve been doing the Endorphins 365 workouts and would love to share an open invite for anyone to join me on these! This week we will be doing the following workouts:
TEMPO WORKOUT
Date: Wednesday, August 7th
Time: 6 am
Location: Key Biscayne | Hobie Beach
Workout: 3×2 Mile Tempo Run (2 miles at Marathon Pace, 2 minute rest, 2 miles slightly faster, 2 minutes rest, 2 miles slightly faster, 2 minutes rest)
TRACK WORKOUT
Date: Friday, August 9th
Time: 5:30 am
Location: Moore Park Track
Workout: 2×800, 2×600, 2×400 @ 10k Race Pace
