Getting hungry in the middle of the night
Hi there! I keep waking up in the middle of night because I’m hungry (can’t fall back asleep until I eat lol). I have focused on eating higher protein dinners and bigger portions and always feel after but I still keep waking up hungry. I’ve noticed this change with my increase in mileage, so I know the simple answer is just to eat more, but wondering if anyone has any advice on staying full throughout the night!
