Hey guys! Back with the workouts for Endorphins 365 this week:
Workout 1 - Fartlek: Run 2 min @ 7-8 of 10 effort, jog 2 min @ 3-4 of 10 effort, Run 3 min @ 7-8 of 10, jog 3 min @ 3-4 of 10 effort, Run 2 min @ 7-8 of 10 effort, jog 2 min @ 3-4 of 10 effort, then Repeat!
Location: Key Biscayne | Hobie Beach
Date: Wednesday, August 14th
Time: 6:00 am
I will be doing 1 rep of the Fartlek (potentially 2 depending on how I feel). Feel free to do as many reps as you’d like!
Workout 2 - 2x4x400:
Location: Moore Park Track
Date: Friday, August 16th
Time: 5:35 am (they open around 5:30 am)
EACH SET
400 @ 10k pace
400 @ 5k pace
400 @ 10k pace
400 @ 5k pace
