Peak week & sleep vs training
My Endorphins marathon training plan had this week as the first “peak week” but I had to skip a few days in deference to getting more than 5 hours of sleep. 1) Should I try to make next week a higher mileage week instead? Or just take the L and hope to hit peak week next time? 2) In general, is it better to forego a run to get in an extra 1-2 hours of sleep? I don’t want to get sick, but struggling to fit in both ample sleep and training runs with my work schedule.
