FRIDAY WORKOUT CANCELLED! Endorphins 365 - Week of 8/19

🚨I have to cancel Friday’s workout because I broke my toe 🚨😢


Hello! Two track workouts on deck this week, feel free to come thru:


Workout 1: 2 x 500m / 2 x 300m / 2 x 200m @ 5k pace w/ 2 min recovery

Example Set: Run 500m @ 5k, take 2 min to recover, Run 500m @ 5k, take 2 min to recover, Run 300m @ 5k, take 2 min to recover…

Workout 2: 4 x 1000m / 600m / 400m

Example Set: Set 1 - Run 1000m @ LT, take 1-2 min to recover, Run 600m @ 10k, take 1-2 min to recover, Run 400m @ 5k, take 1-2 min to recover. Repeat for remaining sets.
