10 miles & ocean cold plunge at sunset! In town this Sat.? Join!

‘sup, Endorphins fam,

It’s me, Josh nguyen. I know everyone will be grabbin’ at least 10 miles for this coming Saturday morning run, but if anyone wants 10 more miles at sunset, I got a fun run to share!!!!

Get this:
· 10 miles to Rockaway Beach (plz see map photo below)
· ocean cold plunge at sunset
· followed by a little stroll over to Rockaway Beach Surf Club for their famous fish tacos, and a resident DJ, where the entire island comes out to party. Note: It will be the DJ’s last Saturday night performing for the Summer season
· Vibes are super West Coast (there are a bunch of surfer pros that reside in the Rockaways)

Party Pace — easy route, straight shot down Flatbush Ave. from Prospect

People will be on bikes (camera dude), limited bag drop
Showers on the beaches

Ferry service: Wall St., Dumbo, Greenpoint (new!), LIC (new!)
Trains service: A, C runs all night—right across street to Rockaway Beach Surf Club
