Protein for Runners
Hey, just wanted to know, what’s the recommended amount of protein for a runner (me specifically). I’m probably going to start running 20miles a week (like I used to), but I do actively do strength training (3x a week).
I’ve heard that it should be 1g per pound, but also have heard that it should be .8g per pound. I’m currently 125lbs.
Any advice or nudges to the right direction can help 😊
