Hip pain
Hi all,
Last week I started experiencing a little nagging in my hip and this week got progressively worse. I tried stretching and rolling and it seems to only make it worse. I have to limp now when I put weight on it but doesn’t hurt when I run.
it doesn’t feel like my IT band, feeling more like a strain. Am I still able to run on it or will I need to rest it to get better? Thanks!
