Missing one 9+1 race

I have done 4 9+1 races this year and have 4 coming up. Because I miss the last Saturday’s 12M, I am now one short of the requirement. Have tried to join the standby list for Jersey city 5k. Wondering anyone has any suggestion on registering for one more race? Thank you so much!
