Starting to use super feet mid marathon training

Hey! I’m training for my first marathon (nyc nov 3) and I successfully completed 16 miles last Sunday. I am currently running in HOKA Clifton 9s without any inserts. My sister, who is also training for a marathon was advised by her doctor to get inserts after injuring her peroneal tendon due to collapsing arch. I want to prevent this happening to me but is there any harm in adding in inserts when my body is used to running 30ish mile weeks without them?
