Shin splints or potential stress fracture??

I am currently training for the NYC marathon and I went out to do my long run (14 mi) yesterday evening and had some inner calf pain, so I decided it cut it at 2 mi to reassess and not hurt anything further. I havent really ever had pain in my shins so im not too sure what shin splints feel like but I was wondering if that was the issue? Today the pain seems a little better after icing and NSAIDs. I feel like the pain is mostly right above my ankle on the inside of the calf bone. I’ve run 13.2 for my long run the 2 past weeks and have had no issues at all. but I did do 4 mi easy run Sunday evening in shoes that have ~370 mi on them so was thinking that might be the issue since I noticed the pain the next morning? Was wondering how I should proceed and am I ok to go ahead and try my long run again tomorrow? My biggest concern is that it might be more serious than shin splints and maybe a stress fracture? but idk if thats the anxiety in me with the race in 10 weeks lol
