marathon training!

I am training for NYC marathon im feeling a little sick this week I ran 10 miles Monday instead of 16 and I did 4 today as planned. I feeling really tired physically and mentally I have to do 6 tomorrow and 9 Saturday is it a bad idea to take a week off ?


I also have work Monday and I won’t really have time to run. is it a bad idea to take a week off and resume next Wednesday? I could bike and swim to cross train instead.
