Your Zone 2 Playlists
I feel like this might be fun. I don’t have a full connection with my own body. This makes me good at going fast but struggle with zone 2. I have been using sound to get my Zone 2 running nailed before Staten Island and it’s actually working. If you are boned up on music theory a lot of half notes and a few quater notes is a good pace. Ideally slow drumming. What are you all listening to for Zone 2 workouts right now?
