adjusting TP/ training race question

hi! Im on week 14 of my TP for the NYC marathon and will be doing the Bronx 10 mile race this Sunday. Im using Runna for my TP - my long run last week was 16 miles, this week is 12.4 (w/ 6 mi at MP), and next week (the day after the race) is 18. I typically do my long runs on Mondays and so I am trying to figure out what I should do in terms of switching up my long runs so that i’m not running 18 the day after 10? Should I do the 18 today and use the race next Sunday as part of my 12.4 and practice MP race pace at an actual race?

follow up question — since I’m using the 10 mile race as a training race for the marathon, how should I pace it so that I can get good practice for some quicker paces during a race but not go too hard that it affects my training for the next few days?
