BMW DALLAS MARATHON TRAINING - Week 9 “The Power of Patience”

This week’s workout: Warm up with 1 - 2 miles straight into hill repeats. Do 6 - 8 reps of 1 min hill repeats at 8/10 effort. Jog down to the base of the hill for a 2-3 min recovery between each set. Cool down with 1 - 2 miles after all of your reps are complete.
We will not have an official workout in Circle, however, if you want to run your workouts alongside others in the community, post in the Dallas home space when you plan to do your workout!!! We would love for this community to train together as frequently as possible.
