BMW DALLAS MARATHON TRAINING - Week 10 “Halfway to Greatness”

“Congratulations! You've reached a pivotal moment in your journey, as you've now completed half of your marathon training program. This week is not just about physical endurance; it's also a test of your mental strength and commitment. As you reflect on the distance you've covered and the effort you've invested, take a moment to acknowledge your achievements so far.

But remember, the road to the marathon is still ahead of you, and there are more miles to conquer. As you enter the second half of your training, set new goals and challenges to keep yourself motivated. Whether it's improving your pacing, increasing your weekly mileage, or refining your nutrition plan, this is the time to reinvigorate your focus.

The halfway point serves as a reminder of your determination and the incredible things you're capable of achieving. Stay committed to your training plan, continue to prioritize rest and recovery, and remember that consistency is your greatest asset. - Coach Stowe.

Check out this announcement for more information on Endorphins' very own training program - Endorphins 365.

This week’s workout: Warm up with 2-3 miles. 6 reps of 200 meter repeats (8-10 effort) with 200m jog between reps. Cool down (nice and easy pace) with 1 - 2 miles after all of your reps are complete.

We will not have an official workout in Circle, however, if you want to run your workouts alongside others in the community, post in the Dallas home space when you plan to do your workout!!! We would love for this community to train together as frequently as possible.

You’ve got this!⚡️💙
