Welcome to the 200+ people who joined the Endorphins community across the country this past week! Endorphins is a running community that has now grown to over 20,000 members!!! Our shared mission is to spread positivity and happiness through movement and exercise! We accomplish this every week by hosting 25+ group runs nationwide. Whether you're in one of our 11 cities or part of our virtual community, we are all united by this mission!

Berlin Marathon Congrats!!
Congrats to all Endorphins runners who ran in the Berlin Marathon over the weekend! We had a team out in full force in Germany taking on one of the Abbott World Major Marathons. It was the kick off of a series of huge race weekends for the Endorphins squad! Below are a list of all of the major race weekends with Shakeout run details!
Major Race Weekends + Shakeout Runs
One of the coolest things about Endorphins has become our race weekend events and shakeout runs. They are incredible moments for members from all of our Endorphins cities to come together ahead of our individual major marathon milestones. There is no better way to celebrate the hard work you’ve put into training for a marathon than shaking it out the day before your race with friends from all across the world.
In our global events section and on our Strava, we will be posting shakeout runs for the following races. RSVP so you can be notified about the weekend events as they are sent out.
If you want more real time updates on our race weekend events, we have a race chat whatsapp group you can join that is fairly active. It is also just a great place to ask race specific questions around bib pick up, travel, logistics etc.
Singlets… yes… they’re coming!
Last year at the New York City Marathon, Endorphins had well over 500 runners take on the biggest race of the year… and it quickly became apparent that we needed singlets to rep on race day! So we got to work and developed some singlets, female race crops, and performance long sleeves for the community to rep proudly at shakeout runs and of course on race day! This was a MAJOR project and it took us over 9 months to finally feel comfortable with the end result. At the end of the day, we want our apparel to match the vibes of our in person group runs. And we think we finally nailed it!! LFGG!!
We got word that we should have the items ready before the Chicago Marathon in early October! For anyone racing Chicago, we will do an in person pick up at the shakeout run so you don’t need to rely on tight shipping timelines!
If you have a race in mid to late October you should be all set to have some Endorphins gear on race day as well!
This is super exciting and we can’t wait to see everyone repping as they cross the finish line. It will also low key make cheer zones WAYYY easier since we will be able to spot the Bolt Blue as you head towards everyone cheering! Stay tuned for more details!
Community Vote 24 - Community Roles, Values, and Standards!
Over the past few weeks we have been conducting our 24th community vote. For context, we send out periodic votes on the global and city level to ask you for input on the future direction of Endorphins. We do this to ensure that every decision made has the community’s best interest in mind.
Today is the LAST day to submit your vote in CV 24. The vote is centered around roles, values and community standards. We are doing this so our growing community can continue to grow together. Tomorrow morning we will collect all the votes, aggregate them into a consolidated value system and share them with the community so we can remain a cohesive unit as we head into year 2 of existence :) Crazy that next month will mark 2 years. The idea behind this vote is to make sure we can continue to exist for many many more years to come!
