Philly Marathon/Half Marathon Bib Solicitation

Everyone,

While we are super stoked to see the amount of desire to participate and interest in Philly Marathon weekend, as city leads we feel the need to respond to the recent increased amount of activity on the home page surrounding the solicitation of Philly Marathon and Half Marathon bibs.

THE PHILADELPHIA MARATHON DOESN’T ALLOW BIB TRANSFERS OR SELLING OF BIBS BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS

Please stop using this space as a means to purchasing or soliciting a bib from another individual. All posts about this will be deleted

Also we feel the need to state that we don’t think bib muling or running using another runner’s bib is appropriate or safe. As city leads we don’t condone this and ask that you respect the rules and policies of the Philadelphia Marathon.

If you still want to participate that weekend we will have a shakeout run, cheer zone, and post marathon party for all to attend.
