Hello all! My name is Wilson, born and raised in NYC in the Lower East Side. Have been meaning to post but being an introvert, I have just delayed it. I started running during Covid and recently the last 2 years been taking it seriously in addition to lifting weights. I’ve ran two half marathons this year one in Prospect Park (1:47) and Yonkers (1:53) recently. Currently training for my first full marathon in Philly. Currently just running around lower Manhattan, 3 bridges, McCarren Park, and east side track. Favorite running memory must be by far running Yonkers half marathon with my wife, she finished without any training which boggles my mind. Current goal is to finish Philly at a decent time, everyone says sub 4 would be good but I am training more for 3:30-3:45. Wouldn’t mind meeting up with like minded people to do some training sessions be it hard or easy. If you plan to run or around LES, hit me up.
