October is Here! Long runs at 8:00 AM!

Hi Everyone! Less than 1 month out from the Marine Corps Marathon!! That is wild!!!!

A few reminders and notes about our October calendar!

1. A reminder that we will be having a Friday evening run tomorrow with New Balance in Rock Creek Park at 6pm! We hope to see many of you out there.

2. October long runs—we are shifting back to 8:00 am this month! The heat has passed (for the most part) and the sun is rising later. Let’s all enjoy an extra 30 min of sleep.

3. MCM Weekend! We will be having a shakeout, cheer zone, and after party. stay tuned as those events are added to circle.
