📣 NYC Pace Lead Interest 📣

Hey NYC!

Quick but important announcement this week! We are looking to add more pace leads to our community. The Pace leads are an integral part of our ecosystem which has helped make runs more inclusive! If you are interested, please take a minute to read through the roles, responsibilities, and commitment.

A Pace Lead is a member of Endorphins who helps facilitate the events and experiences organized by the City Leads. A Pace Lead is responsible for setting, maintaining, and guiding the pace during group runs. Pace Leads play a vital role in ensuring that all runners have a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive experience. 

Pace Leads must commit to being available to lead their designated group whenever possible during their commitment period. While you do not need to pace every run that you attend, it’s important to be prepared to step up and support if the group is short on pacers. This availability is crucial for maintaining a consistent presence, fostering strong relationships with group members, and ensuring reliable leadership throughout the runs.
