Tokyo Marathon 2025?

Is anyone running the Tokyo Marathon in March?? I got in through lottery (shocking, I know) and will be solo traveling as of now! Would be great to know a few other people.

Also - if anyone has run in the past, any tips on where to stay, advice for adjusting to jet lag, expo info and more, that would be super helpful.
