Dallas Weekly Announcement (10/13)
Okay anyone else feeling so hyped up on fall races and training?! From cheering on our friends racing in Chicago this morning, to some big PRs this past week in mileage and time, to seeing people consistently putting in the work whether you’re training or just having fun, one of my favorite parts about this community is how encouraging everyone is. So let's give some shoutouts. From hitting goals to being a team player, drop a name in the comments and tell them they're doing a great job!

Endorphins Monday Morning | 5:30 AM at Fairgrounds Coffee (4 miles). Post run hang at Fairgrounds Coffee.
Wednesday Evening Run | 6:30 PM at The Sound in Coppell (4 miles). Post run hang at The Flying Saucer
Thursday Morning Run | 5:30 AM at Fairgrounds Coffee (4 miles). Post run hang at Fairgrounds Coffee
Saturday Morning Long Run | 7 AM at Pull Through Coffee (2 mile walk; 8 & 10 mile runs). Post run hang at Pull Through.

This week’s workout: 3-4 reps of 1000, 600, 400 meters @ LT, 10k, 5k pace. 1-2 min recovery between reps. We will not have an official workout in Circle, however, if you want to run your workouts alongside others in the community, post in the Dallas home space when you plan to do your workout!!! We would love for this community to train together as frequently as possible.
