Shortened Marathon Training

Hi everyone!! Due to some challenges & travels, I am behind on my marathon training. I was planning to follow the L1 marathon program but I only have 12 weeks until race day. What would you recommend I do? Should I cut out the first 8 weeks of the program? The last 8? or maybe some weeks in the middle? I would still like to aim for a good race & a solid training season, albeit short.
