Slight hip pain

I’m running NYC next weekend. Training has been going great, but just the past few days my hip has been feeling off.
Backstory: last year when i was training for a half, I started having pain in my sciatic region on the left side at the top of my leg near my butt. I couldn’t even walk for like 2 weeks but eventually it felt better and I haven’t had a problem with it since that. UNTIL i started kinda feeling it maybe a month ago but it wasn’t bad. I mostly feel it when I’m just sitting on the couch or laying in bed with my leg bent, but it’s nothing that has stopped me from running or caused concern. This past weekend i ran 14 miles on Saturday and ended up walking a lot (9 miles) throughout the day on Sunday and now it feels worse and the pain has moved towards my hip.
Any advice what i should do before the marathon? I was planning on running 10 miles this weekend but if my hip still hurts i don’t think im going to run at all. Should I be icing? exercises? Ty!!
