Numbness in left calf

Has anyone ever experienced a numbness / heavy feeling in their back lower calf before? I’ve felt it once before and it was last year when I had a stress fracture. However I got a MRI and they confirmed no stress fracture. I’m really trying to figure out if I should be really concerned or if it’s just some sort of tightness, as I’m running NYC in two weekends!
