Question re: NYM Start Line

Hi! first time marathoner here :) wondering if you are able to use the staten island ferry to get to the starting line sunday if that wasn’t your official transport option? I selected mine (6am bus!) before my wave/corral start time dropped so I’m now realizing I’d be sitting around for 5hrs before it’s time to go. Hoping to get some extra sleep if possible 🙏🏼 TIA
