Posterior tibialis tendonitis
Hi! Recently discovered I have posterior tib tendonitis going on, started in July & it’s still pretty bothersome. I see a PT once to twice a week for strength, stabilization & mobility in my left foot/ankle, which is helping! I am also a nurse & am on my feet majority of my days. Wondering what shoes/inserts I can look into for relieving discomfort when I walk around at work or if this is something that just takes time & patience :’) I haven’t been able to really run more than 3 miles since July/august, have tried to run here & there but doesn’t feel great so I opt for walking instead which can still sometimes cause discomfort. Just wondering if there’s anything else I can do to help myself in addition to my exercises & stretches!
