November Updates! Please Read!

Happy Friday, Happy November, Happy Everything!

This stretch between Halloween and Thanksgiving might honestly be my favorite time of year, and we’ve got some exciting updates to share with you all!

Please pay attention as there are important details to note:

  1. Monday Mornings: We are moving to a later start time on Mondays! 7am instead of 6:45am. To accommodate, we’re changing the route from 4mi down to 3mi, so we’ll still wrap up around the same time. Sticking around for coffee afterwards is always encouraged 😊

  2. Wednesday Evenings: These are staying the same! But it’s pretty dark out these days so please wear lights / reflective gear so we can all stay safe!

  3. Saturday Mornings: Are also starting later! The runs will kickoff at 8:30am, and the doors to Heartbreak will open at 8:15am. For the next 3 weekends, we will have options for long runs AND shorter runs on Saturdays! Even if you aren’t training for any races, you can still kickoff your weekend in the best possible way with some fun easy miles and some coffee afterwards! We have a few runs with details to note:

  1. Tomorrow, Saturday Nov 2, the short and long runs will both start from the Whitney Hotel at 8:30am, NOT Heartbreak Hill. Both of these runs will finish at Sunny Girl in the North End for breakfast!

  2. Saturday, November 16th, we are teaming up with our friends at Wellness in Motion to offer free chiropractic and PT treatment post-run! This will be an awesome event, and we’ll have both long and short runs as well. Can’t wait to see you there.
