PHILLY MARATHON WEEKEND SCHEDULE

It’s officially race week!!!

Here’s a comprehensive list of alllll the things for this weekend!


PHILLY SHIRTS PICK UP

If you ordered a shirt we are hoping to give these out at the Thursday Happy Hour run & MAY do a pop up situation on Friday if our schedules allow it so as many people as possible can have their shirts before the Half Marathon & Shakeout Run. We will still be handing shirts out at the end of the Shakeout as well if you can’t make Thursday/Friday work.


SATURDAY

Our Cheerzone will start at 7am on Walnut Street Bridge which will be approx mile 7.2 for runners. We will be on runners RIGHT. We will cheer our hearts out for all runners until 10am where we will head down the stairs to gather for our shakeout run. The shakeout will be 2 miles ending at Musette around 10:30am. If you are running the half, come meet us afterwards as well will be doing a block party for an hour with free coffee and pastries!


SUNDAY

Our Cheerzone will be at Mile 20 in front of the Philly Runner store. Philly Runner will allow us to place bags in the store & use the bathroom/warm up inside if need be. We will be at runners RIGHT just after the 180 degree turn.  This Cheerzone will be from 7:30am to roughly 12:30pm. In the evening we will have a Post Race Party. This is at Yards from 6-8pm. PLEASE NOTE: there is a capacity for this event and you had to RSVP. We are currently at capacity but there is a waitlist in case people’s plans change or if Yards allows us to increase the limit.


MONDAY

We will be hosting a recovery walk at 10am. This will likely be 30-45 mins long and will start and end at the Rocky Steps.
