[solidcore] 🤝 Endorphins

Howdy,

Our friends at [solidcore] are offering discounted classes and memberships for the P&H family! If you have never gone, prepare to quiver, shake and feel muscles you didn’t know existed.

I’m no coach, but a lot of the movements are the same as what my PT has me doing for knee rehab and I think it’s a great tool for cross training!

If people are interested I would love to bond (suffer) together and fill a class with Endorphins members.
