Half-Marathon Pace

Hello!

I recently signed-up for the BMW Philly Love Run Half-Marathon at the end of March.

I have run several Broad Street Runs, half marathons, and one marathon. However, it’s been several years since I’ve completed a distance run.

Currently I run 5 miles at a 7:19 mile pace, 5x/week. How do I determine what’s a good pace and goal time for the Love Run?

Also, I’ve used Hal Hidgon training plans in the past - is there something else I should consider?

I greatly appreciate any guidance!
