RUNS THIS WEEK

Hi everyone and happy holidays! I hope everyone was able to spend some time with their loved ones! Just popping on here to let you know we do have a regularly scheduled happy hour run tomorrow and long run Saturday. We will not have a typical amount of paces but we will try to do a 9, 10, and 11. If you’re in Philly, I would love to get some miles in with you! If not, we hope to see you at a run soon!
