Runners toe... help
Ran my first half last Sunday (wooo!!) and now have come down with a gnarly case of runner's toe because of the up and downhills during the race. I took five full days off after the race (so thought I was better), then did an easy 6 miles on Saturday and I'm back in the throes of a bunch of pain/discomfort. What am I supposed to do to get rid of it besides just stop running until it's fully healed (could be weeks or months)? HELP!
