My name is Michelle (she/her/hers). I’m living in NYC and my running goal is to improve my marathon time to eventually do an Ironman within the next year or two. My favorite place to run is along the west side highway.😊 Not sure if I’ll be doing any races anytime soon but I ran my first marathon ever last year. (Woohoo to all my fellow 2022 NYC marathon finishers 🥳)
Best running memory had to be from the marathon: thought my family couldn’t make it to the event and they ended up following me throughout the course and giving me water. Best feeling ever to have a support system! If you have any tips on getting started with ironman training (fueling, exercises, injury prevention or equipment to purchase, accounts to follow) I’d love to hear it!
