What is Endorphins?

The Mission

The mission of Endorphins is to spread positivity and happiness through movement and exercise.

We believe that endorphins, the natural chemicals released during physical activity, promote happiness, positivity, and a general sense of well-being. By engaging in physical activity, people can experience the release of endorphins, which can contribute to feelings of happiness and positivity. 

We believe running should be fun. And we know that it is more fun when you share the endorphins with other people ⚡💙

We're passionate about spreading the joy and positivity that comes from physical activity. We aim to create a community of individuals who proudly showcase their endorphin-fueled achievements and inspire others to chase their own personal bests. We believe that embracing a mindset of positivity, resilience, and determination is key to living a happy and fulfilling life. 

Who is Endorphins for?

Endorphins is built to support anyone who enjoys an active lifestyle and wants to feel their best both physically and mentally. 

We don't care how fast you are. We don't care where you live. If you are down to vibe... then you are welcome here! 


Why do we host group runs on Mondays?

Running with friends only enhances the endorphins you feel when you exercise. We run on Mondays so you can start your week on an Endorphins high. When you start your week with a win... everything else falls into place :)

Why do we use the ⚡💙 emojis?

A common misconception is that the lightning bolt represents speed. This is not the case.

The lightning bolt ⚡ represents the positive energy that exercise can provide, while the heart 💙  symbolizes the love and care that you should show yourself by prioritizing your well being. By combining these symbols, we aim to inspire one another to take an active role in our individual wellness journey, and to experience the positive effects that exercise and movement can have on both the body and mind. Ultimately aligning your energy and your heart can lead to living a happier and more fulfilling lifestyle :)
