3/20 Endorphins Run!
Goood evening I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend of (hopefully) celebrating the good old leprechauns! I’m so excited to see everyone tomorrow morning (7:15am) for our second weekly run!
It is anticipated to be pretty chilly tomorrow so 1. y’all will get to see a florida girl in her most unnatural habitat and 2. dress warmly! Details of start place below as well as on the group runs section!
Starting at 7:15am sharp from the blue bike rack near Longfellow bridge (it’s right outside the Whitney Hotel & pics are on the group runs event) and going 4-5 miles at a 9:00-10:00 min/mi pace with a second pace group if you’re vibing with a slower pace!
