Tender hip pain
My right hip started feeling tender a few weeks ago but I always felt it most while walking, and when putting more weight on my right leg. It would only bother me during my first 2 miles of any run, but today it bothered me during my entire run.
Should I do more hip strengthening/resistance exercise to strengthen this? Or should I focus more on recovery?
