Heel pain

I started feeling some pain/swelling on the inside/bottom of my heel yesterday, with pain spreading slightly to the inside of my ankle. I think it could be plantar fasciitis but I haven't had a chance to get it looked at. 

I'm 5 weeks into a training plan to run a half marathon on May 7th, but had a pretty chill week pace and milage wise so I'm not sure what triggered this. I've been trying to ice it, stretch my Achilles, and rest as much as possible. 

It doesn't hurt that much but I'm worried about making it worse. Is there anything else I can do to get back to running ASAP?
