What should I do before a half / full marathon
Any general tips / tricks I should be aware of for the night or day before a very long run?
Going on a 13 - 15 mile run tomorrow (personal longest is 10 miles) and would like to know what food or prep I can do tonight? Any stretches, supplements, food, sleep recs are welcome.
