Hi there! :) I'm Shreya, and I live in the Union Sq/ EV area here in NYC
- I am doing the RBC Brooklyn Half (May 20) (iso slow running buddies), as well as the NYCRUNS Summer Loving 10K (May 13, Governer's Island)
- I am a new runner/training feels stressful with my schedule but it's been fun going to running events and meeting new people, unfortunately all of my personal friends HATE running. I am not a morning person, (sorry
) so looking for after-work runs! - Currently, I'm doing my 200-Hour Corepower Yoga Teacher Training. I will say, after starting to intensify my yoga practice, I stopped having hip flexor/knee pain while running. Would highly recommend! I love doing hot yoga right after a long run.
- If I'm running during work (shh) I'll hop on a treadmill at Crunch but outdoors wise I'll do the WSH, High Line, East River Park (I also like the track there), or Riverside Park (prettiest sunsets)
