10 mile race tips!
Hi everyone!!
I’m new to this group but watching the Boston Marathon has me inspired to get back into consistently running!! I recently set a big goal for myself of running a 10 mile race at the beginning of August (we’ll see how it goes😅). I ran track all throughout high school but am unsure of where to start now since I don’t have a coach telling me what to do. I would greatly appreciate any advice on training plans or any strength/speed workouts you recommend! Thank you so much!!
