Started running seriously about three years ago, in college at Villanova - partly as a means for exercise, mostly as a means to keep my sanity amidst pandemmy craziness.
Best running memory is completing the 9+1 with my roommates last year. Something about being packed like sardines, more often than not reeling from the Fri/Sat night before and just trying to survive out there - really became less about setting crazy PRs and more about the triumph of the human spirit (and the human liver)
Been nursing an achilles injury the past 6 months - so slowly building back into longer runs before I set out to conquer the NYCM in November!
